M&W Guardian 911 Systems is an authorized reseller of the Guardian 911 Pendant. We we asked to build an inexpensive website for their on-line and viral marketing efforts. One of their target markets was fire and emergency service departments who want a great product to sell as a fundraiser while at the same time helping people in their community.
The Guardian 911 personal medical emergency alarm is affordable and using a consumers existing phone line. There are no costly monitoring fees which have been the subject of consumer complaints. It seems that Senior Citizens are being taken advantage of by companies that sell similar products and get them locked into long term monitoring contracts.
The goal of the website and the online marketing efforts will be focus on selling the concept of a one time purchase with NO additional fees or costs.
Initial Website Analysis
M&W Guardian 911 Systems did not have an existing website. So, we were asked to create a simple but professional website that worked off the existing colors of their brochures and product information.
We were able to build the initial website in about 8 hours of programming time. We will add a few more hours to complete the content but we delivered the website on budget and got their business rolling quickly.

Scope of Work
Once we complete their website by the end of October 2007, we will start their organic marketing and vital marketing during the first week of November 2007.
We will update this page in November and December to show the progress we are making with the website and their organic internet marketing.
Summary
Although the website build budget was under $3,000 we created a nice clean look that will launch their business on a national level without any issues. This will be a create case study for building a home based business with a small budget but with national marketing appeal.
