So, starting January 2008, I will be hiring additional staff that will be dedicated to the "Link-Up" Internet Marketing program who will work with our clients to get new information each month to create an Internet buzz. If we don't receive new data, we'll call and email. If we still don't get any new information, we will create and post new links using existing information.

I could create new links each month with the information we have today for every client. The advantage of NEW information, is that it may be time sensitive and thus get additional readers/shoppers/customers to their websites. The end results will be that new links will be created each month and by the end of the year, dozens of quality links will be in place and it will result in higher web rankings and increased web traffic.

Link-Up Subscriptions

The Link-up Internet Marketing Program will be offered in monthly subscriptions and will have four levels of service to accommodate our clients budgets. Included in this service will be monthly reports showing your current rankings by key search phrases and other metrics.

In the past, I have send clients Google Statistics and Keyword Ranking Reports but as our client list is grows, we now have to formalize the process and make sure it is done each month. I want to make sure our clients, who care, get monthly Internet statistics reports on their sites and start a dialogue on how to improve results each month.

From a practical basis, we can't watch hundreds of sites for free once they are built and no current work is being done on the website. So, if you are serious about keeping your site relevant, I strongly recommend that you include one of these packages in your Annual Marketing Budget in addition to the project based work that we are doing for you currently.

The Link-Up Service monthly packages are listed below:

Bronze Link-Up $300 per month (2 hrs)
Silver Link-Up $600 per month (4 hrs)
Gold Link-up $900 per month (6 hrs)
Platinum Link-up $1,200 per month (8 hrs)

Each package will include a dedicated staff member to remind you about content building tasks and request news stories, testimonials, whitepapers, press releases each month. After that, each package will determine how much time they spend on the building links, posting content and writing new articles. Work in this program is billed out at $150 per hour and thus for the Bronze package you will have someone working on link and content building for two hours each month. Every packages includes an Internet web status report delivered each month.

If your company wants to utilize paid press release services, those costs would be in addition to this service. We would help write the press releases and send them to all free services but some of the best have small fee and that would be your choice if you wanted better distribution.

6 Months is: $3,600 - $360 = $3,240 (10% discount brings rate to $135/hr)

One Year is: $7,200 - $1,440 = $5,760 (20% discount brings rate to $120/hr)
